Create Your Custom Wig – Made Just for You

At Runway Tresses, we offer made-to-order custom wigs designed to bring your vision to life. Each wig is handcrafted with premium materials to ensure a natural, luxurious finish, tailored specifically to your style.

How It Works: 

To provide a seamless ordering process and consistent delivery experience, we’ve implemented a structured timeline for custom wig orders:

• Orders must be submitted by the 15th of each month.

• Wigs are guaranteed to be delivered by the 7th of the following month.

• A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to start your order, which includes a virtual consultation session with the owner to discuss all wig details such as length, texture, and color.

The remaining balance is due upon wig completion before the order is shipped. There are no exceptions to order deadlines unless previously discussed and approved via email at RunwayTresses@icloud.com. 

The wig deposit process is designed to prevent excessive delays and allow the owner to maintain a consistent delivery experience for all clients.

Fit & Maintenance Recommendations:

• All wigs come with an adjustable elastic band and combs for a glueless fit, providing all-day comfort and security.

• For lace frontal wigs, we recommend using some adhesive for a more secure and long-lasting hold.

• We strongly suggest that your natural hair be professionally braided underneath your wig for a smooth, seamless fit.

Optional Pickup in the Atlanta Area:

For clients in the Atlanta area, we offer optional in-person pickups in Midtown Atlanta.

• Pickups must be scheduled in advance via email at RunwayTresses@icloud.com.

• Please send at least two date options to ensure availability.

• Once confirmed, you will receive the exact pickup location details.
